I’m a qualified and registered Dietitian and Dance Movement Psychotherapist with an interdisciplinary background that weaves together nutrition, psychotherapy, movement, and community health.

Hello!

I began my career as a Community Dietitian in Brazil’s Public Health System, Unified Health System (SUS), working within a collaborative team to deliver accessible, preventative care across the lifespan. After moving to Ireland in 2017, I broadened my experience in food safety, hospitality, and retail, while continuing private nutrition practice as a Nutritional Therapist.

Passionate about uniting my love for health and my lifelong dedication to dance, I moved to the UK to complete my MA in Dance Movement Psychotherapy at Roehampton University. I’m now registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and the Association for Dance Movement Psychotherapy (ADMPUK)  and bring this interdisciplinary training into every aspect of my work.

My approach is person-centred, inclusive, and flexible, as I believe that everyone deserves support that honours their unique story, culture, and goals.
